stTIA is the representative token for staked TIA on Stride’s liquid staking platform. It aims to provide flexibility and accessibility within the Celestia ecosystem. With neutrality and minimalism as core values, Stride is collaborating with core Celestia teams to enhance stTIA's modularity, accountability, trustworthiness, and neutrality, ensuring its eligibility for all Celestia ecosystem project airdrops.
Celestia is a modular data availability (DA) network that securely scales with the number of users, making it easy for anyone to launch their own blockchain. The modular movement is growing fast, and stTIA is already the most prominent LST available for use in the Celestia ecosystem.
This guide will walk you through how to use stTIA to provide liquidity to the available pools on Osmosis. Osmosis is the largest DEX in Cosmos and Stride's main liquidity hub.
Moving stTIA from Stride to Osmosis:
There are three simple ways to move your stTIA to Osmosis.
1. Direct Deposit on Osmosis:
- Visit https://app.osmosis.zone/ and connect your Keplr wallet.
- On the "Assets" page, click "Deposit" on the upper left.
- Choose stTIA and allow the connection request to approve the deposit.
- Enter the amount you want to transfer.
- Click deposit and complete the transaction in your wallet by clicking the Approve prompt.
2. IBC transfer via Keplr Wallet:
- Open Keplr wallet and search for stTIA.
- Select "Send" and toggle to "IBC Send."
- Choose "Osmosis" as the destination chain and input the desired amount.
- Click Next, then confirm the transaction in your wallet.
3. IBC transfer via https://ibc.fun/ :
- Select the chain and token you want to transfer from (Stride and stTIA).
- Choose Osmosis as the destination and select stTIA again.
- Approve two connection requests for Stride and Osmosis when connecting your Keplr wallet.
- Enter the amount that you want to transfer and click the preview route.
- You can optionally swap your tokens while transferring them.
- Confirm the transaction by clicking the Submit button.
Providing Liquidity on Osmosis:
- On the https://app.osmosis.zone/pools page, search for "stTIA."
- Choose the pool you want to join (e.g., stTIA/TIA pool). Note the pool ID (e.g., #1428).
- Important: You need both stTIA and TIA to add liquidity. On the upper left side of the pool’s page, use the "Trade Pair" option to swap some stTIA for TIA if needed.
- Click "Create Position" or "Provide Liquidity" (depending on the pool).
- Choose a "Manual" position for this guide and click the Next button.
- In the "Add Liquidity" pop-up, enter the amount of stTIA and TIA you want to add.
- Select your desired position type and any volatility strategies you prefer.
- Confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Congratulations! You have successfully provided liquidity with your stTIA tokens on Osmosis. You can now monitor your earnings, add/remove liquidity, and manage your position at any time.
