To bridge assets from Stride to Eclipse, you’ll need a Cosmos-compatible wallet like Keplr or Leap containing stTIA or TIA tokens, and a Backpack wallet to connect with Eclipse. You will also need ETH on Eclipse to use for gas and TIA for gas on Stride.
Send ETH from Ethereum to Eclipse
Eclipse uses ETH as their gas token. This means we’ll need to bridge ETH from Ethereum to Eclipse to be able to perform transactions on their network. If you already have ETH on Eclipse, you can skip to step #9.
- Click the ‘Connect Wallet’ button at the top-right hand corner of the page
- Click ‘Get started’ on the pop-up window
- Click the Ethereum wallet that you will be using. In this instance, we will be selecting Metamask
- After your Ethereum wallet is connected, click ‘Connect Eclipse wallet’
- Select the Eclipse wallet that you will be using. In this instance, we will be selecting Backpack
- Enter the amount of ETH you want to send from Ethereum to Eclipse
- Click ‘Deposit’ and approve the transaction
Once you've approved the transaction, your ETH will begin bridging from Ethereum to Eclipse. After a brief processing period, you’ll see your ETH reflected in your Eclipse wallet.
Send tokens from Celestia to Eclipse
Next we’ll be sending tokens from Celestia to Eclipse. Currently the Stride bridge supports both stTIA and TIA.
- Click ‘Connect wallet’ on the top-right hand corner.
- Click ‘Cosmos’
- Select the Cosmos wallet that you’ll be using
- Click the wallet box in the top-right hand corner.
- Click ‘Solana’
- Select Backpack and approve connection
- Select ‘Celestia’ as the ‘From’ chain
- Select ‘Eclipse’ as the ‘To’ chain
- Enter the amount of tokens that you want to send.
- Click ‘Bridge’ and confirm the transaction
Once you've approved the transaction, your tokens will be sent from Stride to Eclipse, and you’ll have tokens on Eclipse to make your first transactions. If there are any issues with this process or assistance is needed, please contact support at https://support.stride.zone
