How to add EVM Addresses in Keplr

If you have a ledger, you might be required to add an EVM address to interact with some parts of the Stride web app.

You will first need to have the Ethereum app installed in Ledger Live and your ledger. If you already have the Ethereum app installed, you can skip to step #6.

Install the Ethereum Ledger App

1. Open your Ledger Live app

2. Connect your ledger, unlock it, and approve connection to the Ledger Live app

3. Select ‘My Ledger’ on the left-hand side of the Ledger app

4. Search for Ethereum under ‘App catalog’

5. Click ‘Install’ on the right-hand side of the Ethereum app

Add EVM Addresses in Keplr:

6. Click the Keplr icon on your browser bar, and then click the hamburger icon in the top-left hand corner of the Keplr drop-down menu

7. Click ‘Manage Chain Visibility’

8. Click ‘Save’

9. On the next screen, we will want to check mark the following chains: Dymension, Evmos, Injective

10. Click ‘Save’

11. Click the ‘Next’ button

12. Open the Ethereum app on your ledger and then click ‘Next’

Upon completion, you will have added EVM address for Dymension, Evmos, and Injective. If you’re still encountering issues with the Stride web app, or if there are any issues with this process, please contact support at https://support.stride.zone.
